Save Job Back to Search Job Description Summary Similar JobsEstablished National REITStrong team, benefits and consistently paid bonusesAbout Our ClientNational REIT with Regional offices throughout the country focused on retail shopping centers and commercial office space.Job Description Project Coordination & ExecutionSupport the design, permitting, and construction process for both landlord and tenant work to help achieve targeted rent commencement datesAssist in managing construction projects from conceptual estimating through project close-out for new and existing retail propertiesCoordinate project activities with internal teams, tenants, consultants, contractors, and third-party property managersEnsure timely execution and delivery of landlord work required under lease agreementsTenant & Leasing SupportProactively gather and maintain information required by leasing teams to effectively market available spacesDraft and review construction-related lease exhibits as requestedReview tenant and landlord drawings to ensure compliance with lease terms, budgets, schedules, and design standardsPartner with leasing, legal, asset management, and development teams to ensure lease language and delivery requirements are achievableBudgeting, Scheduling & ReportingAssist in preparing conceptual project estimates for lease negotiations and budgeting purposesTrack project budgets, schedules, and progress against key milestonesProvide regular status updates and reporting on active projectsSupport financial tracking, including review of construction costs and basic project-level reportingProblem Solving & CommunicationServe as a point of contact for tenants and project stakeholders throughout the project lifecycleTroubleshoot design and construction issues as they arise and escalate when necessaryProvide scheduling and planning updates to internal stakeholdersFacilitate clear communication across all parties to ensure alignment and project successMPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
