We offer strong career growth, mentorship, and exposure to large-scale utility projects.Job DescriptionSupport the management and execution of transmission and substation projects ranging from 69kV, 115kV, 138kV, 161kV, 230kV, 345kV, and up to 500kVAssist with project scheduling, budgeting, forecasting, and resource coordinationCoordinate with engineering, design, construction, and field teams throughout project executionTrack project deliverables, action items, schedules, and client requirementsSupport utility client communication, meeting coordination, and project reportingAssist with substation and transmission project planning, scope development, and document managementMonitor project performance related to cost, schedule, quality, and safety objectivesCoordinate with subcontractors, vendors, and internal stakeholders to support project milestonesSupport construction activities including outage coordination, field reporting, and issue resolutionPrepare project documentation including meeting notes, schedules, status reports, and change ordersAssist with renewable energy interconnection and grid modernization projectsEnsure projects are executed in alignment with utility standards, company procedures, and clientMPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
