Job Description

  • Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, leases, and other legal documents related to real estate transactions.
  • Provide legal counsel on acquisitions, sales, and development projects.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure compliance with relevant regulations and laws.
  • Conduct due diligence and risk assessments for real estate matters.
  • Support litigation and dispute resolution related to real estate issues as needed.
  • Advise clients on zoning, land use, and environmental considerations.
  • Ensure timely and accurate completion of all legal documentation and filings.
  • Stay updated on changes in real estate laws and regulations to provide informed guidance.
