Audit Manager I Capital Markets

• Lead and manage audits focused on capital markets activities, ensuring adherence to regulatory standards and internal policies.
• Develop and execute risk-based audit plans and strategies to evaluate the effectiveness of internal controls.
• Provide detailed audit reports with findings, recommendations, and actionable insights for process improvements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to assess risks and ensure compliance with financial regulations.
• Monitor and assess emerging risks within the capital markets and recommend appropriate actions.
• Mentor and guide junior audit team members, providing training and development opportunities.
• Communicate audit results to senior management and stakeholders, ensuring transparency and alignment.
• Stay updated on industry trends, regulatory changes, and best practices within the Financial Services sector.
