They have around 25 employees and are based in the Western MA region.Job DescriptionReporting into the Director of Billing and working in a small team, main duties and responsibilities of the Billing Analyst will include the following:Prepare and process accurate and timely billing for clients and vendorsAnalyze and reconcile financial data to ensure accuracy and complianceCollaborate with internal teams to resolve billing discrepancies and improve processesMaintain detailed and organized billing records for audit and reporting purposesProvide support for month-end closing activities related to billing and revenue recognitionAssist in developing and implementing new billing systems and proceduresGenerate and review invoices to ensure adherence to company policies and client agreementsRespond promptly to client and internal inquiries regarding billing and account status.This role is a long term, hourly position, between 38 and 40 hours a week, with opportunity for overtime.
