Job Description

  • Develop and implement business development strategies to grow the White Collar sector
  • Collaborate with internal teams to identify and pursue new client opportunities
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure long-term partnerships
  • Analyze market trends to identify potential areas for growth and expansion
  • Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals to prospective clients
  • Track and report on business development metrics to measure success and identify areas for improvement
  • Work closely with the marketing team to align strategies and enhance brand visibility
  • Provide insights and recommendations to senior leadership on business development initiatives

The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's degree
  • Relevant business development experience supporting White Collar or related professional services teams
  • Ability to work independently and achieve goals with limited supervision while collaborating effectively across cross-functional teams
  • Demonstrated ability to guide, mentor, and support the professional development of junior team members
  • Excellent writing, editing, analytical, research, and organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail
  • Ability to develop high-quality pitches, proposals, presentations, submissions, and other client-facing materials
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, CRM platforms, experience management systems, and research tools, with the ability to learn new technologies quickly
  • Ability to manage multiple time-sensitive requests while maintaining a high standard of work in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and professional presence, with the ability to engage effectively with senior stakeholders and leadership
  • Ability to incorporate feedback constructively and continuously improve performance
