Job Description

  • Develop and implement business development strategies to support consumer litigation practices
  • Collaborate with attorneys and teams to identify and pursue new client opportunities
  • Analyze market trends and client needs to create targeted marketing campaigns
  • Draft, edit, and manage business development materials, including proposals and presentations
  • Organize and coordinate events, webinars, and other initiatives to enhance client relationships
  • Track and report on business development metrics to measure success and identify areas for improvement
  • Maintain and update client databases and ensure accurate record-keeping of interactions
  • Provide ongoing support to the sales and marketing teams to achieve departmental goals

The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's degree
  • Minimum of three years of related business development, marketing, or professional services experience
  • Strong knowledge of business development, CRM, and Microsoft Office applications, including PowerPoint, Word, and Excel
  • Maintains awareness of industry best practices, market trends, and business development techniques
  • Demonstrated project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines simultaneously
  • Exceptional attention to detail with strong proofreading, editing, and fact-checking abilities
  • Professional demeanor, strong emotional intelligence, and the ability to interact effectively with stakeholders at all levels
  • Demonstrated commitment to continuous improvement and innovation in business development and marketing initiatives
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, organizational, and planning skills
  • Ability to develop a strong understanding of the organization's business, services, and strategic priorities
  • Ability to build relationships and collaborate effectively across teams and functions
  • Ability to learn new software, systems, databases, and processes quickly
