The team supports employers and foreign nationals through employment-based immigration processes, delivering high-quality client service and strategic guidance in a fast-paced environment.Job DescriptionManage a broad range of employment-based immigration matters from intake through filing and case completion.Conduct client consultations, troubleshoot case issues, and assist in developing immigration strategies.Analyze documentation and prepare immigration petitions, applications, and supporting materials.Draft visa petitions, support letters, and other immigration-related documents.Communicate regularly with corporate clients and foreign nationals regarding case progress and requirements.Utilize case management systems and reporting tools to monitor case status and maintain data accuracy.Assist with case reviews and quality control processes.Review client billing under attorney supervision.Prioritize caseloads, monitor workflow, and ensure deadlines are met.Support team development by assisting with onboarding, training, and process improvement initiatives.Generate reports and provide updates to leadership as required.MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
