Job Description

  • Prepare detailed cost estimates for construction projects, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
  • Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources to meet client expectations.
  • Collaborate with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Review project specifications, drawings, and contracts to ensure compliance with requirements.
  • Provide regular progress updates and address any issues or changes promptly.
  • Monitor quality control standards throughout all phases of construction projects.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with vendors and suppliers to negotiate favorable terms.
  • Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and industry standards.
