Carpentry Foreman - Manhattan - Construction

• Supervise and manage carpentry teams to ensure timely and quality project completion.
• Coordinate with project managers and other trades to maintain seamless workflow.
• Inspect materials and workmanship to ensure adherence to property industry standards.
• Monitor project timelines and adjust schedules as needed to meet deadlines.
• Implement and enforce safety protocols to maintain a secure work environment.
• Provide training and guidance to team members to enhance skillsets.
• Maintain accurate records of project progress and report updates to management.
• Ensure proper use and maintenance of tools and equipment on-site.
