CHARLESTON - Assistant Project Manager (APM)

• Assist in planning, coordinating, and executing construction projects from initiation to completion.
• Collaborate with project managers to ensure timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met.
• Communicate with stakeholders, subcontractors, and vendors to maintain project progress.
• Monitor project schedules and budgets, providing updates and reports as required.
• Support the procurement of materials and equipment necessary for project execution.
• Ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards on all project sites.
• Identify and resolve project challenges in collaboration with the project team.
• Maintain accurate project documentation and records.
