The organization offers stability, long-term growth potential, and the opportunity to make meaningful process improvements within a well-supported manufacturing site.Job DescriptionResponsibilities:Manage daily operations for chemical handling, packaging, and shipping to meet production and customer demandsDirectly lead and develop a team of approximately 30-40 employeesEnforce and continuously improve safety protocols related to hazardous and flammable materialsConduct regular safety audits, inspections, and employee trainingOversee production planning, scheduling, and inventory management for raw materials and finished goodsEnsure packaging meets quality standards and customer specificationsInvestigate quality issues and implement corrective actionsDrive Lean manufacturing and continuous improvement initiatives to improve throughput and reduce wasteMonitor KPIs related to safety, productivity, inventory, and on-time shipment performancePrepare and present operational performance reports to site leadershipMPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
