• Lead and manage the estimating team to develop accurate and competitive project bids.
• Oversee the preparation of detailed cost estimates, budgets, and schedules for commercial construction projects.
• Collaborate with project managers, architects, and engineers to analyze project requirements and specifications.
• Evaluate subcontractor and vendor proposals to ensure alignment with project needs and budget.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of market trends, construction materials, and labor costs.
• Develop and implement strategies to improve estimating processes and accuracy.
