With a commitment to safety, innovation, and operational excellence, they continue to invest in both their people and equipment to maintain industry-leading standards.Job DescriptionLead all day-to-day paving operations on assigned construction projects.Coordinate crews, subcontractors, equipment, and material deliveries to ensure efficient project execution.Develop and maintain project schedules while monitoring productivity and performance.Ensure all work is completed in accordance with project specifications, quality standards, and contract requirements.Promote and enforce a strong safety culture across all job sites.Conduct daily site inspections and pre-task planning meetings.Collaborate with project managers, engineers, clients, and field personnel to address project challenges and maintain progress.Monitor labor, equipment utilization, and production rates to maximize efficiency and profitability.Manage asphalt paving activities including roadway, parking lot, highway, and municipal infrastructure projects.Maintain accurate project documentation, reports, and daily logs.Resolve field issues proactively while minimizing project delays and disruptions.Support workforce development through mentoring and training field personnel.MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
