Civil Estimator - Sitework

• Review project plans, specifications, and bid documents to identify sitework scope and cost needs.
• Prepare detailed estimates for civil sitework activities to support clear and accurate bid submissions.
• Develop quantity takeoffs from drawings and project documents to establish material and labor requirements.
• Request and review pricing from subcontractors and suppliers to build reliable project budgets.
• Compare subcontractor and supplier proposals with project scope to identify gaps or cost differences.
• Maintain organized estimating files, pricing information, and bid documentation for future reference.
• Work with Construction team members to clarify project details and align estimates with bid requirements.
• Update estimates when project documents or scope details change before submission.
