The Precon Manager will lead all preconstruction efforts for large-scale, innovative projects. This is a high-visibility role, responsible for estimating, GMP development, design coordination, value engineering, risk management, subcontractor procurement, and project turnover. Partner directly with ownership, design teams, and operations from concept through construction startup while driving accuracy, profitability, and client satisfaction.

This individual will play a critical role in evaluating project costs, managing subcontractor bidding, and ensuring projects are positioned for success before construction begins.
