With approximately 100 employees, they offer the resources of an established contractor while maintaining the culture and accessibility of a family-owned business.Job DescriptionKey ResponsibilitiesSupport Project Managers with planning, coordination, and execution of civil construction projectsAssist with project documentation, scheduling, reporting, and subcontractor coordinationPrepare and track RFIs, submittals, change orders, and project correspondenceHelp manage project costs, quantities, budgets, and production trackingCoordinate with field personnel to ensure project requirements and schedules are metAssist with estimating, takeoffs, bid preparation, and project closeout activitiesReview plans, specifications, and contract documents to support project executionMaintain accurate project records while ensuring compliance with safety and quality standardsMPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
