Job Description

Our client, a well-established industrial contractor, is seeking a Traveling Project Manager to lead complex construction projects across multiple locations. This individual will be responsible for the full lifecycle management of industrial construction projects, ensuring successful execution from planning through completion while maintaining strong client relationships, cost control, and operational excellence. The Successful Applicant

A successful Commercial Construction Project Manager should have:

A detail-oriented mindset with a focus on quality and accuracy.Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field preferred.

Proven experience managing industrial construction projects.

Strong understanding of project budgeting, scheduling, procurement, and contract administration.

Experience managing subcontractors and multidisciplinary project teams.

Demonstrated ability to build and maintain client relationships.

Strong leadership, communication, negotiation, and organizational skills.

Proficiency with construction management and scheduling software.

Ability and willingness to travel extensively to project sites.

Track record of delivering projects safely, on time, and within budget.
