Job Description

As a Commercial Construction Senior Project Manager - Stamford, CT, you will:

    • Lead multiple commercial construction projects from inception through completion.
    • Manage project budgets, schedules, subcontractors, and client relationships.
    • Oversee preconstruction planning, procurement, contract administration, and risk management.
    • Coordinate with field teams, architects, engineers, and ownership groups to ensure successful project delivery.
    • Review project financials, change orders, cost forecasts, and reporting.
    • Drive project execution while maintaining safety, quality, and schedule objectives.
    • Mentor and develop Project Managers, Assistant Project Managers, and support staff.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Commercial Construction Senior Project Manager - Stamford, CT candidate will have:

    • 10+ years of commercial construction experience with a General Contractor.
    • Proven track record managing projects ranging from $10M-$100M+.
    • Experience delivering corporate interiors, healthcare, institutional, mixed-use, or commercial projects.
    • Strong leadership, communication, and client-facing skills.
    • Proficient in project management software, budgeting, scheduling, and contract management.
    • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field preferred.
