With a strong backlog of work and continued growth plans, they are looking for a Commercial Construction Superintendent who is eager to develop professionally and take on increasing responsibility within the organization.

Job Description



    • Manage daily onsite construction operations for commercial projects
    • Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, and field personnel
    • Maintain project schedules and proactively address delays
    • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company standards
    • Conduct site meetings and communicate project progress to stakeholders
    • Review construction documents and coordinate project execution
    • Drive quality control and successful project delivery from start to finish

The Successful Applicant


  • Proven experience as a Superintendent on commercial construction projects
  • Experience working for a General Contractor
  • Strong knowledge of commercial construction methods, sequencing, and safety practices
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Project scheduling software
  • Ability to manage multiple trades and maintain project schedules
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Strong problem-solving and organizational abilities
  • Desire to grow your career within a stable and expanding construction company
