Job Description

As a Commercial Interior Superintendent - Manhattan, NY, you will:

    • Manage daily on-site operations for commercial interior construction projects.
    • Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, building management, and project stakeholders.
    • Maintain project schedules and ensure milestones are achieved.
    • Enforce site safety protocols and OSHA compliance.
    • Conduct quality control inspections and resolve field-related issues.
    • Lead project meetings and provide regular progress updates.
    • Oversee material deliveries, site logistics, and workforce planning.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Commercial Interior Superintendent - Manhattan, NY candidate will have:

    • 5+ years of Superintendent experience with a commercial interior general contractor.
    • Strong experience managing projects throughout Manhattan.
    • Proven track record delivering office, corporate, hospitality, retail, or tenant fit-out projects.
    • Knowledge of NYC construction practices, building operations, and safety regulations.
    • Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
    • OSHA certification preferred.
