They have an active backlog and prioritize safety, quality, and on-time, on-budget execution.Job DescriptionManage commercial office interiors / tenant improvement (TI) projects end-to-endDrive preconstruction: scope review, buyout strategy, GMP/lump sum budgetingBuild and maintain CPM schedules (MS Project / Primavera P6 as applicable)Lead subcontractor buyout, procurement, and long-lead trackingOversee MEP/FP coordination, ceiling grid coordination, and above-ceiling conflictsManage RFI/submittal workflows; review shop drawings and material lead timesControl project costs: cost reports, commitments, contingency, and forecastingOwn change management: CO pricing, client approvals, and subcontractor COsRun weekly OAC meetings; produce meeting minutes and action logsCoordinate building management, access, logistics, and after-hours work plansEnsure compliance with codes, ADA, life safety, and required inspectionsManage punch lists, closeout, as-builts, O&M manuals, and turnover (TCO/CO)Utilize tools like Procore, Bluebeam, Excel, and Teams to drive executionMPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
