The organization prides itself on building great projects while fostering long-term careers and maintaining a people-first culture.Job DescriptionKey Responsibilities:Manage commercial construction projects from preconstruction through closeout.Develop and maintain project schedules in collaboration with field leadership.Lead project planning, budgeting, procurement, and execution efforts.Prepare and manage project estimates, buyout activities, and subcontractor agreements.Monitor project financials, cost forecasting, profitability, and risk management.Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, consultants, and project stakeholders.Review drawings, specifications, contracts, and project documentation.Manage change orders, RFIs, submittals, and project reporting.Conduct regular meetings with clients, project teams, and subcontractor partners.Ensure projects are completed safely, on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.Travel to project sites as needed throughout the region.Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, architects, engineers, and trade partners.MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
