Job Description

The Commercial Project Manager - Construction - Richmond, VA will be responsible for:

Leading project planning, budgeting, scheduling, and execution
Managing subcontractor procurement, contracts, and performance
Overseeing project documentation including RFIs, submittals, and change orders
Ensuring compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards
Coordinating with owners, architects, engineers, and field teams
Monitoring progress and proactively resolve issues to keep projects on track
Conducting regular site visits and lead project meetings
Supporting project closeout and ensure client satisfaction

The Successful Applicant

The Commercial Project Manager - Construction - Richmond, VA should have:

5+ years of experience managing commercial construction projects
Proven success delivering ground up builds in healthcare, education or similar sector
Proficiency in Procore, Bluebeam, MS Apps or other related software
Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
Bachelor's degree in construction management or related field preferred
