Known for its stable leadership team and repeat business, the firm continues to grow through reputation and long-standing partnerships across the local construction community.Job DescriptionSupport the delivery of commercial ground-up and tenant improvement projects from preconstruction through closeout.Manage day-to-day project activities including scheduling, coordination of subcontractors, procurement support, and general project administration.Help track project budgets, costs, forecasting, and progress reporting to ensure projects stay on target.Review and manage RFIs, submittals, drawings, and project documentation in line with contract requirements.Work closely with superintendents, preconstruction, and field teams to support smooth project execution.Communicate regularly with clients, architects, engineers, and subcontractors to help keep projects moving forward and resolve issues as they arise.Participate in project meetings and support coordination across all stakeholders on scope, schedule, and deliverables.Assist in mentoring project engineers and supporting field staff as needed in a team-oriented environment.Ensure projects are delivered safely, efficiently, and in line with company quality standards.MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
