An established and growing commercial construction business is seeking an experienced Project Manager to join its team. This is an excellent opportunity to take ownership of projects from pre‑construction through close‑out while working in a collaborative, relationship‑driven environment within the commercial construction space in the Southeast

Job Description

  • Managing projects from pre‑construction through final completion
  • Developing and maintaining project schedules, budgets, and forecasts
  • Coordinating subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams
  • Leading client communication and managing expectations
  • Reviewing contracts, change orders, and cost controls
  • Ensuring compliance with safety standards, quality requirements, and project specifications
  • Proactively identifying and mitigating project risks

The Successful Applicant

  • Proven experience as a Project Manager within commercial construction
  • Strong knowledge of construction processes, budgeting, and scheduling
  • Experience managing subcontractors and multiple stakeholders
  • The ability to work independently while contributing to a close‑knit team
  • Excellent problem‑solving and decision‑making skills
