Job Description

  • Managing projects from pre‑construction through final completion
  • Developing and maintaining project schedules, budgets, and forecasts
  • Coordinating subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams
  • Leading client communication and managing expectations
  • Reviewing contracts, change orders, and cost controls
  • Ensuring compliance with safety standards, quality requirements, and project specifications
  • Proactively identifying and mitigating project risks

The Successful Applicant

  • Proven experience as a Project Manager within commercial construction
  • Strong knowledge of construction processes, budgeting, and scheduling
  • Experience managing subcontractors and multiple stakeholders
