• Plan, schedule, and oversee all aspects of construction projects from inception to completion.
• Coordinate with clients, contractors, and internal teams to ensure clear communication and alignment on project goals.
• Manage project budgets, track expenses, and ensure cost-efficiency throughout the project lifecycle.
• Monitor project progress and adjust schedules or plans as necessary to meet deadlines.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations, building codes, and contractual obligations.
• Conduct regular site visits to assess progress and address any challenges or delays.
• Prepare and present project status reports to stakeholders and leadership.
• Resolve project-related issues promptly to maintain quality and client satisfaction.
