Job Description

  • Plan and manage all phases of construction projects, from pre-construction through closeout.
  • Coordinate with clients, contractors, and vendors to ensure project requirements are met.
  • Develop and maintain project schedules and budgets to ensure timely and cost-effective completion.
  • Oversee quality control and ensure compliance with safety regulations.
  • Monitor project progress and address any issues or risks that may arise.
  • Prepare and present regular project status reports to stakeholders.
  • Manage procurement of materials and resources necessary for project execution.
  • Facilitate effective communication among team members to ensure collaboration and efficiency.
