Commercial Project Manager

• Manage all aspects of construction projects, including planning, scheduling, and execution.
• Coordinate with clients, contractors, and internal teams to ensure project goals are met.
• Monitor project budgets and timelines to maintain efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards throughout the project lifecycle.
• Prepare and present project progress reports to stakeholders.
• Identify and mitigate project risks to avoid delays or budget overruns.
• Lead project meetings and facilitate effective communication among all parties involved.
• Maintain accurate project documentation and records for future reference.
