Job Description

  • Plan and manage all aspects of commercial construction projects, including timelines, budgets, and resources.
  • Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Monitor project progress and adjust schedules or plans as necessary to meet deadlines.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.
  • Prepare and present regular project updates to stakeholders and management.
  • Manage contracts, negotiate terms, and resolve any disputes that arise during the project lifecycle.
  • Conduct risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies to minimize project disruptions.
  • Maintain accurate project documentation and records.
