Job Description

  • Manage the full lifecycle of construction projects from planning to close-out
  • Develop and maintain project budgets, schedules, and forecasts
  • Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams
  • Ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, and within budget
  • Lead client communication and maintain strong stakeholder relationships
  • Oversee contract administration, change orders, and risk management
  • Monitor project performance and implement improvements where needed

The Successful Applicant

  • Proven experience as a Project Manager within commercial construction
  • Strong track record delivering projects across sectors such as commercial, education, industrial, or public works
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders simultaneously
  • Strong financial acumen, including budgeting and cost control
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred
