Job Description

  • Manage all phases of commercial construction projects from planning to completion.
  • Develop and maintain project schedules, ensuring timely delivery of milestones.
  • Oversee budgets and financial reporting to ensure cost-effective project execution.
  • Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams to optimize project outcomes.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company standards on all job sites.
  • Identify and mitigate risks that could impact project timelines or budgets.
  • Communicate regularly with clients to provide updates and address any concerns.
  • Prepare and present project reports to senior leadership and stakeholders.
