Job Description



Key Responsibilities:

    • Lead commercial construction projects from preconstruction through final completion.
    • Manage project budgets, schedules, profitability, and client satisfaction.
    • Develop project schedules in partnership with field leadership and project teams.
    • Oversee estimating, buyout, procurement, and subcontractor management activities.
    • Analyze project costs and ensure strong financial performance throughout the project lifecycle.
    • Manage RFIs, submittals, change orders, contracts, and project documentation.
    • Build and maintain relationships with owners, architects, engineers, subcontractors, and trade partners.
    • Mentor and support Project Managers, Assistant Project Managers, and project teams.
    • Lead project meetings and communicate progress to stakeholders.
    • Identify project risks and develop proactive solutions.
    • Ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget, and to quality expectations.
    • Support business growth through exceptional client service and repeat business development.

The Successful Applicant



Required Qualifications:

  • 7+ years of experience as a Project Manager with a commercial general contractor.
  • Strong experience managing both ground-up and renovation/TI projects.
  • Proven success managing commercial construction projects from start to finish.
  • Estimating and preconstruction experience is highly preferred and considered a critical component of the role.
  • Experience with project financials, budgeting, forecasting, and cost control.
  • Strong client-facing communication skills and relationship-building abilities.
  • Experience leading project teams and coordinating multiple stakeholders.
  • Strong understanding of construction means, methods, scheduling, and procurement.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

  • Competitive base salary starting at $130,000+ depending on experience.
