Commercial Superintendent

• Manage all aspects of construction projects, ensuring they are completed on schedule and within budget.
• Coordinate and supervise subcontractors, vendors, and onsite personnel to ensure project efficiency and quality.
• Implement and monitor safety protocols to maintain a safe work environment for all team members.
• Review project plans, blueprints, and specifications to ensure accuracy and compliance with client requirements.
• Maintain clear and open communication with clients, architects, and project stakeholders.
• Conduct regular site inspections to ensure quality control and address any issues promptly.
• Prepare and submit progress reports, schedules, and project updates to stakeholders.
• Ensure proper use and maintenance of tools, equipment, and materials on-site.
