Commerical Construction Project Manager

• Plan, schedule, and oversee construction projects from inception to completion.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure seamless project execution.
• Monitor project progress and ensure adherence to budgets and timelines.
• Manage project resources, including labor, materials, and equipment.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards throughout the project lifecycle.
• Prepare and present project updates and reports to stakeholders.
• Identify and address project risks and resolve any issues that arise during construction.
• Maintain clear and effective communication with all project participants and stakeholders.
