Job Description

  • Coordinate construction project schedules and timelines to ensure timely completion.
  • Organize and maintain project documentation, contracts, and permits.
  • Communicate with contractors, vendors, and team members to streamline project workflows.
  • Assist in budget tracking and expense reporting for construction projects.
  • Support the preparation of bid proposals and project presentations.
  • Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to management.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and company policies.
  • Perform other administrative duties as needed to support the construction department.
