Construction APM🤝Design-Build Commercial Projects

This role supports project teams in managing commercial construction projects from preconstruction through completion.

• Utilize Procore for documentation, tracking, and communication
• Assist with project setup, budgeting, and scheduling
• Support day-to-day project coordination with internal teams and subcontractors
• Help manage procurement and subcontractor scopes
• Track RFIs, submittals, and project documentation
• Assist with cost tracking, change orders, and reporting
• Coordinate with field teams to ensure project execution aligns with schedule and quality standards
• Participate in meetings and maintain communication across stakeholders
