Job Description

  • Support the delivery of healthcare construction projects from preconstruction through closeout
  • Assist with project budgeting, cost tracking, and change management
  • Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, and internal project teams
  • Help manage project schedules and milestone tracking
  • Prepare and track RFIs, submittals, and project documentation
  • Support compliance with safety standards, quality requirements, and project specifications

The Successful Applicant

A successful Construction APM - Healthcare should have:

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience working on healthcare construction projects
  • Experience with a general contractor or commercial construction firm
  • Understanding of construction drawings, schedules, and cost controls
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and construction management software
