About Our Client

Our client is a reputable public works general contractor specializing in healthcare, hospital, and municipal construction throughout Long Island and NYC. Job Description

    • Support Project Managers on healthcare and hospital construction projects from preconstruction through closeout.
    • Assist with schedules, budgets, RFIs, submittals, change orders, and compliance documentation.
    • Coordinate with subcontractors, consultants, hospital facilities teams, and inspectors.
    • Help track procurement of long‑lead MEP and medical equipment items.
    • Attend project meetings and assist in issue resolution to keep projects moving efficiently.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Assistant Project Manager should have:
