Job Description

    • Support Project Managers through all phases of construction projects
    • Assist with budgeting, scheduling, procurement, and project administration
    • Manage RFIs, submittals, change orders, meeting minutes, and project documentation
    • Coordinate with subcontractors, vendors, consultants, architects, and clients
    • Track project progress and help ensure milestones are achieved on schedule
    • Assist with project reporting, cost tracking, and closeout activities
    • Help maintain project quality, safety, and client satisfaction

The Successful Applicant

A successful Assistant Project Manager should have:

    • 2+ years of experience with a General Contractor
    • Experience in commercial interiors, retail, and/or public construction projects
    • Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills
    • Knowledge of project management processes and construction documentation
    • Proficiency with Procore, Bluebeam, Microsoft Office, or similar construction software
    • Detail-oriented, proactive, and eager to develop into a Project Manager role
    • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field preferred
