Construction Assistant Project Manager (Statesboro)

• Coordinate and assist in the planning, scheduling, and execution of construction projects.
• Monitor project progress to ensure adherence to timelines and budgets.
• Communicate regularly with stakeholders, contractors, and team members to ensure alignment.
• Assist in managing project documentation, including contracts, permits, and reports.
• Support procurement efforts, including sourcing materials and negotiating with vendors.
• Identify and address potential challenges to maintain project efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards throughout the project lifecycle.
• Prepare and deliver progress updates and reports to senior management.
