The Construction Assistant Project Manager will support the successful execution of construction projects by managing schedules, budgets, and communication between stakeholders. Job Description

  • Collaborate with the Project Manager to plan, execute, and finalize construction projects.
  • Assist in managing project schedules and budgets to ensure timely and cost-effective completion.
  • Coordinate with subcontractors, vendors, and team members to ensure smooth project execution.
  • Track project progress and prepare regular reports for stakeholders.
  • Support site inspections to ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
  • Facilitate communication between clients, architects, and engineers to address project needs and changes.
  • Oversee documentation, including contracts, permits, and change orders.
  • Identify and resolve project challenges proactively.
