Job Description

  • Assist in planning and coordinating construction projects to ensure timely completion.
  • Manage relationships with subcontractors and suppliers to ensure quality and adherence to project specifications.
  • Monitor project budgets and provide updates on cost control measures.
  • Prepare and maintain project schedules, ensuring alignment with project timelines.
  • Conduct site visits to oversee progress and ensure compliance with safety standards.
  • Collaborate with the project team to resolve any issues or delays.
  • Ensure necessary permits and documentation are secured and up to date.
  • Support the project manager in client communication and reporting.
