Construction Commercial Superintendent - Groton, CT

• • Lead all on‑site construction activities from mobilization through project closeout.
  • Manage subcontractors, vendors, and trade sequencing to maintain schedule and quality.
  • Enforce site safety standards and ensure compliance with OSHA and company policies.
  • Coordinate daily work plans, site logistics, and inspections.
  • Conduct daily site walks, toolbox talks, and maintain accurate daily reports.
  • Work closely with Project Managers to track progress, resolve issues, and support change management.
  • Maintain clean, organized, and efficient job sites.
