Job Description

This position is a hybrid Estimator / Project Manager role, with a heavier emphasis on estimating. You'll play a key role in securing new work while also staying connected to project execution.

  • Perform detailed quantity takeoffs, scope reviews, and cost estimates
  • Utilize tools such as PlanSwift and On-Screen Takeoff
  • Support bid strategy and contribute to business development efforts
  • Collaborate closely with ownership and field teams
  • Provide project management support as needed, depending on project load
  • Help ensure successful delivery of awarded projects

The Successful Applicant

  • 7-10+ years of experience in commercial drywall construction (strongly preferred)
  • Background in estimating with exposure to project management
  • Experience with drywall, metal framing, and interior construction scopes
  • Familiarity with takeoff and estimating software (PlanSwift, OST, or similar)
  • Ability to operate independently and proactively pursue opportunities
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work closely with field teams
  • Existing relationships or a book of business is a significant plus



What's on Offer

  • Base Salary: $130,000 - $150,000 (commensurate with experience)
