As a medium-sized firm, it values expertise and precision, offering a professional environment focused on delivering high-quality solutions to its clients.Job DescriptionManage daily construction activities for high-voltage substation and transmission projects ranging from 69kV-500kVOversee site safety, quality control, scheduling, and field execution activitiesCoordinate contractors, subcontractors, engineering teams, inspectors, and client representativesEnsure all work complies with project specifications, utility standards, and OSHA regulationsLead construction meetings, progress reporting, and project planning discussionsReview construction drawings, RFIs, submittals, and change ordersMonitor project schedule, manpower, production, and construction costsIdentify and resolve field issues to minimize delays and maintain project progressSupport transmission line construction activities including foundations, structures, conductor installation, and commissioningSupport substation construction activities including foundations, steel erection, bus work, breakers, transformers, relay/control buildings, and equipment installationAssist with commissioning, energization, punch list, and project closeout activitiesMPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
