Construction Multifamily Owner-Developer Project Executive

• Oversee all aspects of multifamily construction projects, including high-rise, podium and wrap developments in the Dallas or Texas area.
• Lead project teams to ensure timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met or exceeded.
• Manage relationships with contractors, subcontractors, and stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution.
• Develop and monitor project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation plans.
• Ensure compliance with local building codes, safety regulations, and company standards.
• Collaborate with pre-construction teams to review design documents and provide input on feasibility and cost estimates.
• Provide regular updates and reports to senior leadership regarding project progress and performance.
• Mentor and support the professional development of project team members.
