Job Description

  • Manage daily office operations, ensuring smooth administrative and financial workflows
  • Utilize QuickBooks for accounts payable/receivable, invoicing, job costing, and financial tracking
  • Support project teams with administrative coordination, documentation, and reporting
  • Handle payroll processing, vendor communication, and subcontractor documentation
  • Maintain organized records of contracts, insurance certificates, and compliance materials
  • Assist leadership with general business operations and ad hoc administrative tasks
  • Serve as the central point of contact for office-related needs across staff and field teams

The Successful Applicant

  • Proven experience as an Office Manager within a construction or general contracting environment
  • High level of proficiency and comfort working within QuickBooks
  • Self-starter who can work independently with minimal direction or oversight
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, small-team setting
  • Excellent communication skills and a proactive, problem-solving mindset
  • Looking for a stable, long-term role (this is not a growth-track position)
