As Project Manager, you will be responsible for the full lifecycle delivery of commercial construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. Due to continued growth, we are seeking an experienced Project Manager to take ownership of projects from pre‑construction through close‑out.

Job Description

  • Managing projects from contract award through final completion
  • Developing and maintaining project schedules, budgets, and cost controls
  • Coordinating subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams
  • Leading project meetings and acting as the primary client point of contact
  • Managing change orders, RFIs, and submittals
  • Ensuring compliance with safety standards, drawings, and specifications
  • Supporting pre‑construction planning and buyout activities as needed

The Successful Applicant

  • Proven experience as a Project Manager with a general contractor
  • Strong knowledge of commercial construction processes and best practices
  • Experience managing schedules, budgets, and subcontractor performance
