Construction Project Engineer

• Participate in rotational programs to get exposure to estimating, budgeting, and change management
• Assist the Project Manager and the Superintendent on the project
• Site visits to get exposure to all things construction
• Review drawings and specs
• Create purchase orders for things such as drywall, steel, etc.
• Update change orders
• Assist with monthly budgets, breaking down the overall project budget
• Help with finishing punchlist
• Handle paperwork for permits
